Grolier has an excellent set on all of the elements. It is listed in
their catalog and should be on their website.

Subject: TAR: Books on the Elements

I am not having much success finding books on the less common
elements of =
the Periodic Table - preferably at the high school level, but
would even =
be interested in books intended for a younger audience.=20
        =20
I already have all the books in the "Elements" series published
by =
Atlantic Europe Publishing, as well as all the "Sparks of Life"
series =
published by Raintree Steck-Vaughn (both of these deal with the
more =
common elements and are elem/middle school level). Also, we
already have =
several science encyclopedia resources and many good Web sites,
but really =
still need some good print resources.=20

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who know of books which deal
with the =
less common elements in some detail.

        TIA!
