If we are not supposed to share AR quizzes, why is the program designed to
export and import teacher-made quizzes? They have designed the program to
facilitate a practice that they say is illegal. Just wondering.

So, we need to make the tests and share them before we put them into our
system, therefore we would still have ownership when we shared them?
