TECH: Appleworks db list help?

Can you help with a database list in Appleworks 5.0?

This db has about 1,000 records. It displays in the "Page View" with
about 112 records per page. The problem is getting the entire page to
print on a sheet of paper.

No matter how I adjust the format of the document or the layout
settings, the bottom  is chopped off. I have even tried to create a new
layout to new standards but it does not change the printed results.
Bottom records on each page are chopped off. I have tried to reformat
the font and text size but to no avail.  When printing, I do get a
message that the document exceeds the margins and will be clipped.
Adjusting the printer setting (HP) has not helped.

Any ideas of what I missed trying? Thank you.
