Book Donation Letter

[Amy Shuter <a_shuter@HOTMAIL.COM>]

I have to compose an acknowledgement letter to a parent for a donation of
used books.  I know I am not supposed to assign a value to the books.  Is
there anything else to consider?

If anyone has any experience writing a letter like this and even a sample
text to share, I would appreciate it.
