reference material help

I am new to this listserv.  I am a student for my
M.L.S. and I am also a working librarian for a
Christian School.  I need some help for my library
which would also help me with my school work.  I need
some of your ideas for excellent reference materials
you have and in addition I am looking for ways your
present reference materials to your students that seem
to truly get their attention and truly teach them.
I am interested mainly in High School although I do
have some oversight over the Middle and Elementary
School Libraries as well so I would also take those as
well.
