Oops ... forgot a few ...

I agree that Windam Hill is a good choice.  One of my favorites is Liz
Story -- she plays gorgeous, relaxing piano.  Also Richard Dworsky.

It seems like I remember being taught that the Baroque period (Pachbel's

Canon ?) was really good for such things. A personal favorite is
Conversations with God (which isn't religious in nature at all, but
beautiful instrumentals with minimal vocals), that my massage therapist
uses. I love it and am going to buy it soon myself for my library. I
think
it is put out by Wyndham Hill.
