I searched the archives, and found one query but no responses. Serial port printers are no longer being made, so all new printers are coming in either USB or for a network. Neither of my schools are fully networked, so we have been "bumping" the serial port printers down to the grades that cannot accommodate the new ones as the serial printers break. Short of aggressively replacing the older Macs, or spending $100 to $125 to repair these aging units, has anyone found any solutions? I did buy some reconditioned units last year, but neither Mac Warehouse or PCAge has any left.
