While I agree that Debbie should be reimbursed and not have to pay for
others to use her service, an alternative is necessary for those like me who
have no budget for this. I would have to pay out of pocket and this is not
an alternative for me. If I had monies, I would use the service in a high
school because it is a very good site and I have recommended it in the past.
Unfortunately, in my situation it is no longer an option.
