GEN: Non sequitur/Trip to England

Friends, you were helpful with my original plans to go to
England and I would love some more help.  We are going to
arrive in Edinburgh and drive to York on the third day of our
trip. We need some suggestions on places to stay in Edinburgh
and then in York. We plan to spend Sunday and Monday nights in
York and then head for the Cotswolds, Stratford and Oxford
before arriving in London on Thursday night. We will have a
car until our arrival in London. Can you also direct us about
places to stay between York and Oxford on Tuesday and
Wednesday nights before our arrival in London? I appreciate
any help with places to stay, places to eat, and things to
see. Thanks for your continuing "friendship" and interest.
