NEEDED: Free e-mail account

Since I am graduating in a week my university e-mail account where I receive
LM_NET messages is about to be turned off. What are some of the other free
e-mail services that I can use?

I already have a Hotmail and a Yahoo account. I would like to have one account
specifically for professional e-mails, such as LM_NET, and nothing else.
