I haven't had time to see if my problem is fixed...These are the suggestions
I've received so far. Thanks to all for the help. I had several people ask
for a hit so here goes..

Try this. I am not sure if it will work, but it is worth a shot.

Go to Tools -->Options-->Send

Select Plain Text under Mail Sending Format

Let me know if this helps. There is also a way you can leave your settings
as HTML, but have certain addresses always go plain text.

Open your address book and double click on the lm_net address. Select the
Name tab and put a check mark in the box next to where it says "Send email
using plain text only." Select OK.

this works for Outlook, so it might work for OE (but you
never know with microsoft).

Set up an alias (or an entry) for lmnet in your personal address
book. There should be a way to set the options for sending
messages. In regular Outlook, you can check " I want to choose
the format for sending" (or something like that). IF you have it,
check that, then uncheck anything to do with MIME. Check plain
text or plain text/uuencode. Keep clicking OK untily it's saved. Just
be sure to use the address that you saved in your address book,
and the messages won't have those idiotic = and 20s . <grin>. If
the instructions aren't exact, they should be close enough to
experiment with.

This happens when the SENDER doesn't set their program to send text
only. So, maybe your preferences at home are set to receive text only.
See if you can set it to receive text OR HTML -- maybe that will do it.
