I know this is a hot topic, but I would really appreciate examples of elementary report cards that assess library media skills. I know that this has been debated over and over, but I have a fixed schedule for K-5 and have been asked to put something together that can be included in the student's report card (along with P.E., music, art and Spanish). I have tried searching the archives, but have not found any specific examples. Thank you in advance!
