I am writing the State Application for the "No Child Left Behind" Reading First Grant. I am writing the sections for Instructional Materials and Access to Print Materials. Does any one have scientifically based research that will support these 2 sections? I am aware of the research on how Library Media Programs impact academic achievement. I am not aware of research on the impact of a variety of instructional materials or access to print materials and computer programs on the reading achievement of K-3 children. Any resources you have would be greatly appreciated. ******************************************** Kathy Boguszewski Instructional Technology Consultant Division for Libraries, Technology and Community Learning Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction 125 South Webster Street P.O.
