My name is Vicki and i work in a small library in a secondary school in N=

Zealand.  I am studying library papers at present and one of the topics t=

prepare a proposal to guide  a selection team in the appointment of a new
library manager capable of guiding the library into the twenty-first cent=
ury=0D

The second area is a hypothetical scenario that has been developed.  We h=
ave
to prepare a set of criteria on which the selection interview questions w=
ill
be based.  The criteria must reflect the issues identified above.  Anyone
knowing any good web sites, i would appreciate info.  Thanks in advance=0D
