I don't know about other states, but you can find an awful
lot of data on individual California districts and schools
at the dept. of ed site:
http://data1.cde.ca.gov/dataquest/.
I would think other states would have such information
free and readily available, as well. That's where I go for
the demographics information I need for my library
assignments.
