Lets be realistic. It is far more likely to be a Crash of PC's. It would
probably be a Dangerfield of Macintoshes. They don't get much respect, but
they just keep on going.
My husband and I are Renaissance reenactors, portraying members of the Court
of Queen Elizabeth at the Bristol Renaissance Faire in southern Wisconsin.
We found the collective noun for courtiers to be humorous, it a Threat of
Courtiers.
I use this activity with my students after I read _A Cache of Jewels_ to
them, then they invent their own collective noun, and illustrate it. Some
very humorous ones have come up with what they wrote over the years--too bad
I don't remember them.
