Help! I have been getting complaints about the third grade library curriculum. What lessons and units do you do? Do you read picture books, chapters, or do you read at all? How much time do you have and how much time is spent during the period on each thing (e.g., check out, story, lesson)? The teachers want me to read stories relevant to social studies and/or library units. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your feedback!
