GEN: Looking for certain dragon book

Hello all,

This is a personal request for a book that my husband and his mother
recall reading together when he was a very small child in Canada in the
early 70's. I have been looking for it for years and having joined LM_NET
recently, realized you all may have the answer.

The book, they both swear, was called _Artemis Peter Jehosaphat Dragon_.
No idea if that is the correct spelling, who the author is, or whether
they are correct about it being the title.  Has anyone ever seen a book
with this title or a character by that name?

If so, you will be my hero!
