LM_NET Archive

Hi,
I'm looking for advice to secure our computers from unauthorized use.
We have a Windows 2000 network with the workstations running Win 95, 98,
2000 and XP. We also have a T1 line for our internet connection. It has
come to our notice that the night people are using the computers and
accessing the Internet. This can be done without logging onto the
network.
Is there any free or inexpensive programs out there that I can use to
lock out illegal users? we do not have individual passwords for every
student becuase it would be cumbersome to mange all the passwords.
