been able to view any reports about papers that I downloaded. No one =
responded who is currently using it.

I had the same response. I sent in a paper and two days later I still
haven't had a response. I have had an increase in spam though-do you =
think
that's a coincidence?

I tried them out last year. It seemed to work fine. However - they are =
difficult to contact if there are problems. For instance, the papers I =
downloaded were actually just fakes that I made up to try out the =
service. I also created fake students. Now I cannot figure out how to =
delete the students and the reports and I cannot find a help section or =
an email to ask questions. If you find an email address, let me know.

submitted a few papers last year and was pleased with the reports. The =
copied areas were highlighted with links to the original so that I could =
search the actual site. It involved more work on our part to follow the =
links but was well worth it. Hope that this helps.=20

We really want "Turn It In" but it has been cut from the budget every =
year so at least this is a help.
