Have been asked by the teachers in our school (k-4) to arrange our multi-copy books by reading level according to DRA (Developmental Reading Assessment). The state of Vermont has mandated DRA testing for second graders. I have begun the process, but am having difficulty finding the DRA levels for about half of our 200+/- sets -- and, of course The DRA system is not readily translatable from other systems of leveling! Does anyone know where I can find a more or less inclusive list of titles with DRA levels noted? Absent that, is there a way to assign the DRA level by reading some of the text or by plugging some of the text into a program that will find the DRA level for a given title? Help!
