TARGET: Elem book title needed

Friends,
The social worker at my school just came in looking
for a book title that she used last year. I am stumped
and she doesn't know the title, only a few things
about the book. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The book is about how to be a friend-
girl main character - bully in the beginning of the
book- funny story - has trouble sharing things (toys
cookies, etc) - ends up with no friends. In the end
learns her lesson and shares thus making friends.

Can you help me out?
