In my oppinion, it is not an infringement of copyright law. What is so different from printing than photocopying? What is it that makes it SO different "to print" than "to photocopy?" Guys, MUCH of this is COMMON SENSE. Those that say "it is a violation of copyright to photocopy" but would resort to print then 20 copies, if all 20 students want the same experiment, are NOT applying common sense. The old standard implied, NOT TO SAY "stated" because I do not have them in front of me, that a teacher COULD make one photocopy FOR EACH STUDENT in his class, provided they used it for only 44 days!!! I cannot see how much different the intended use under new guidelines can be from this intended use! -- Take care, Luis R.
