REF: Famous quote about youth

I have a teacher working on her thesis and wants to include the quote from
an ancient Greek or Roman about how the youth of today are lazy, uneducated
and lack initiative. I have exhausted my quotation books and have hit a few
other dead ends. Could anyone locate that quote for me?
