Habitat books

I am looking for good nonfiction books on animal habitats for upper
elementary. Could anyone provide some recommendations? Also, any good
chapter books for the same age that include good habitat description in
them, for example "Island of the Blue Dolphins" or "Julie of the
Wolves."
