*One year we had the students do a monologue based on that person- they even dressed up as that person. *Another year we had them do illustrations depicting the highlights of that person's life and displayed them as large books. * If you have two people wanting to do the same person, how about an interview type skit - one asking the questions and one relating the answers - both would have to know the person to be able to come up with the questions and answers. *I had some do a Strip in a box - Draw a series of pictures with captions on paper that will fit inside a shoe box; make holes in the top and bottom of the box that accommodates the dowel and cut a large rectangle that will allow you to see the pictures from the side of the box; connect the strips and attach to pencils or slim dowels at each end, insert the dowels into the bottom of the box, slip the top on and use the dowels to "move" the pictures past the rectangle. We covered the outside of the box with wrapping paper to make it nicer looking.
