Thanks to all of you who responded. I definitely have some new and wonderful sites. Here are the responses: Check out www.sciencegems.com and www.teacheroz.com Check out our page at http://lps.lexingtonma.org/Libdept/elem.html It is divided into grade levels, subjects, and is annotated. I have two web sites that I share with my 5th graders, but many of the applications could be used by younger students. Both sites are good for a variety of curricular areas, including math, foreign language, social studies, science, etc. www.quia.com (Go to the student zone) www.schoolexpress.com (Use fun sites) www.sunlink.edu (I think) is a state wide database for Florida schools. They have a web link portion. Great sites bysubject and grade! One of my favorites is: www.starfall.com Great for beginning readers. Stories emphazing phonics. Also they send free materials to go along with the stories Berit's Best has evaluations of sites on various topics - it should provide some suggestions - lists grade levels I search www.kidsclick.org when looking for this kind of information-also gives grade levels Thank you again for your help!
