I agree with Matt McCrady about the organization/disorganization of the =
books at Barnes and Noble or any of the other large bookstore chains.  =
It can be very frustrating to find books. New books on special displays =
can be particularly challenging.  I always wonder why they don't have =
public access computers to search for materials! =20

I do think we can do a better job of marketing our books with displays =
and fliers, though. =20
