AR ? ATOS vs Pre-ATOS

I need advice.

We are presently using the Pre-ATOS reading levels on AR books in our
elementary building (K-4).   We are debating whether we should change to the
newer ATOS reading levels, but have noticed the reading level for some books
has changed by more than one grade level and some not as much.   Some of the
newly assigned reading levels I don't agree with at all.  If you were in the
same dilemma (to change or not), please let me know what you decided to do
and why?
If you changed, are you glad you did?   Do you think I should just "do it"
and relabel everything or wait until semester time or summer?   I need
advice from someone who's been there and made the decision.
