We're trying to ensure that teachers are in compliance with copyright on =
videos used in their classrooms. We've got a form that they fill out which =
lists title, source, class to be used with, standards being taught, =
objectives, and a statement that the showing is in compliance with =
copyright law and school district policies. It is signed off by the =
teacher and principal.
Do you have your teachers complete this type of form for all video-recordin=
gs? What about ITV/ETV (Educational Television) programs--some teachers =
who have come from other districts say that they didn't have to complete =
them for ITV/ETV.
We're trying to reduce the paperwork for the teachers because we know that =
they are busy, but we want to ensure that our bases are covered should =
there be a check.
