We are implementing a survey at our school. I checked the archives and did
find sample survey's. What I didn't find is...which type of survey do you
find elicits the most responses? Which type elicits the most USEFUL
responses?
i.e. open-ended, Very True - True - False - Very False, Always - Sometimes -
Never, 1-2-3-4-5 etc.
