REF: In search of a video

One of our science consultants is in search of a video to accompany the
book, Science for all Children, a Guide to Improving Elementary Science
Education in Your District, ISBN 0-309-05297-1  He knows there was a
video because a colleague received the video when attending a
conference. After searching several publisher's web pages, I have been
unable to locate the video. Is anyone familiar with the video? Have you
ordered this video recently? Any leads in finding the video and
information for ordering the video would be much appreciated.
