I was working the reference desk at my (public) library today when I took a
call from a librarian at a nearby branch of the Cleveland Public Library.  He
had a patron there who was going to come by to pick up a video the catalog
showed as available.

So, after retrieving the video, I got on the phone and asked for the patron's
name.  The librarian told me it was Mr. Darcy.  So, without missing a beat, I
asked (in a fake British accent), "And will Mr. Bingly be accompanying Mr.
Darcy today?"

The other librarian, as well as the 3 co-workers working the desk with me,
all cracked up.
