TARGET,SEC: collaboration

To practicing high school librarians:

I'm looking for practical tips about establishing and maintaining strong
collaborative relationships with teachers and administrators. Any novel ideas
or general strategies will be appreciated. (This is for an assignment, but it
should be useful to new secondary school librarians, too). I'll post a HIT
with the URL to the assignment in November.
