Hello all. =

I was reading the posting about restricting areas of the library. That on=
e
comes up frequently. My personal opinion is that you do not restrict area=
s
but that you use common sense -- sometimes you do steer students gently
away from a section when you know the reason they are there is NOT for
reading but for other agendas.

I also felt that Joni Rathbun gave one of the best reasons for not
restricting. Her posting also reminded me of a book and not I want the
title but cannot remember it.

In the book a little boy finds a book in the library with a picture on th=
e
cover of a harlequin. Not being able to read it, he is really curious. A=
s
the story goes on, he returns to look at this book many times until one
day he finds that he can read it. If I remember the last line correctly i=
t
goes "An the harlequin walked out of the book"

Any ideas as to what this title is and if the book mentioned within this
story is also a real book.
