We've been laboring under the delusion that we can't use our student's 4 digit ID #'s as their barcode # because that would duplicate 4 digit book barcodes. But then it dawned on me this morning that patron starts with P and everything else is T. Is this correct? Can a patron barcode # be the same as a book barcode number? (see, it pays to go to those workshops!)
