I was visiting my sister in NY this year and she told me the librarians at
the school were "just" librarians, that they did not tech anything. I told
her that I talked/listened to you guys daily and I KNOW you teach. I still
don't think she believes me though. She lives in Patchogue. I think my
nephew starts school this week (kindergarten). The "librarian" should enjoy
him as he is already reading on 2nd grade level. I like to believe I have
something to do with that as I have been sending him books and reading to
him every summer when I visit!
