This is a great site - explains magnesium really well-
Basically, it helps diabetics and those with some heart problems.  However,
most healthy adults get all they need in the foods they eat. This page also
includes a list of foods that contain magnesium.

Calcium builds strong bones and teeth, vitamin C builds immunity and
prevents scurvy, iron builds blood, etc.
What does magnesium do?
Also, what FOODS contain high amounts of magnesium? Do any?
