TAR: local author visits

Help! Sometime during the past couple months I saw a posting about a website
to check out to identify local authors interested in promoting their new
books through libraries. I can't find it on my computer or in the LM-NET
archives - would someone please e-mail the site (or the original message) to
me so I can follow up?
