Target : Staff IT policy

Dear wise ones,
Do you any of you have an IT policy for staff that you are prepared to
share? We are looking at developing one to include personal use of
school computers, borrowing equipment, loading folders, downloading from
internet, loading software onto school computers etc etc. and would like
to see some examples of what other schools have included.
