Recipe: COCONUT TOAST RECIPE

Well here is a simple brunch item for cocnut lovers:

COCONUT TOAST

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

12 slices of bread (any type)

Combine the ingredients and the spread over the top of the slices of =
bread and bake @ 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15-20 =
minutes until golden brown

serve hot or cold.
