Jill and other new LMS
Carolyn hit the nail on the head when she suggested collaboration --
that IS the name of the game. And her suggestion to start with one
teacher (or those who are receptive) is great advice. I might
suggest that you also try to locate Toni Buzzeo's book about
collaboration --Collaborating to Meet Standards: Teacher/Librarian
Partnerships K-6 and Collaborating to Meet Standards:
Teacher/Librarian Partnerships 7-12. Check your district's
professional library or it's available from Linworth Publishers
(http://www.linworth.com). It's a great resource.
(Wish I were getting a commission but I am not -- :>)
