Montessori Schools and the Library

I am on a grant writing team for our school. We are writing a grant to become
a Montessori School. I am looking for some information from librarians who
are in Montessori Schools. I would like to know what your library program is
like. Is it traditional? Or do you work the Montessori practices into your
program? The consultant assisting us is not really giving me a clear picture of what
they are expecting. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
