Storytelling Fest Accomodations

Hi,
I'm going to the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, TN,
Oct. 3-6. All the chain hotels are full! Does anyone in the Johnson
City/Kingsport area have any suggestions for good hotels that are not
chains?
Your help is greatly appreciated!
