TARGET: Book request-working as a community

Greetings,
   My fourth grade teachers are looking for picture books to read, during the
first week of school of course :-)  that have a schema of individuals but
also community building. They want the students to know that we can be
individuals but also need to be a team, family, community. And that working 
together is
just as powerful as working alone.
   As I do my own digging, from home of course, I thought I'd send out a
request. Perhaps this will sound like a book someone is familiar with.
