  Livingston PL (NJ) has a Chinese collection... It should be available
for Interlibrary Loan - Since I can't read Chinese, I don't know what's
available... I did see J K Rowling's name , though, listed in the
author column, so they have Harry Potter!

Perhaps someone on the list, could look at the listings of what is
offered and let you know what YA or HS level fiction/NF/AV is listed?
