target: chinampa, floating garden

Our sixth grade class will be building a chinampa, or floating garden, as
part of our unit on the Aztecs. Does anyone have any good resources they can
recommend for information? I've done the general search on Google and found a
few decent pages, but any other ideas -- especially print resources -- would
be appreciated!
