do a Google search for "free electronic books"  A variation of the
search will also give you some of the companies that provide e-texts
that you can purchase for your library.  There are also some companies
that will give you a free trial
period, if you're interested in doing this in your library.

Try net library you probably have to sign up for it but other than that
it is great.

There are many books out there that are in the public domain and many
ways to find them. Our school librarian has a site - go to
www.edupalm.org then click on the PDA librarian.
