TARGET: District Policy on Purchasing Criteria

A committee in my school district is looking to add policies outlining
criteria for purchasing.

The easiest one I'm thinking that you could help me with is a selection
policy of library books and/or media.
However,
If you have policies regarding the standards which must be met before a
purchase is made for ANY of the following items, please forward to me, mail
to PO Box listed in my signature, or reply with request for FAX no. (if
that's the easiest way for you to share.)

Needed:
Policy/standards/criteria for purchasing considerations-
Library Books
Textbooks
Software
AV Equipment
Tech Equipment
Furniture, even?
