Target: 3rd grade mystery set in the south

Once again, I come to the experts for help. I have a
third grade teacher looking for a book to read aloud
to her class that is set in the south. She hasn't read
a mystery yet this year, so that is her first choice.
The book could be up to 5th grade level since it's
going to be discussed.
Any ideas?
